Result: 6th overall, 2nd in class C
Marky started from 10th but in a hectic scramble to the first corner had to concede a couple of places. He quickly settled into his usual consistent pace and made his way back up to 10th. For most of the race he was running 3rd in class unable to make up much ground on the two, faster TR4s but at about half distance Kevan Hadfield retired from 4th place (1st in class C) promoting Mark to 7th overall. The rain started again 20 minutes in and a lock up under braking at the chicane forced Marky wide allowing two cars through, in the increasingly slippery conditions Marky managed to re overtake both to finish 7th overall and 2nd in class C. Our best result with bluebell to date.
